Assembly services

The company responsible for undertaking the assembly of your stand should pay the Fira the rates detailed below to cover assembly rights before assembly commences.

     -Cost of Fira personnel for using the facility (opening the halls, setting up technical services,
      operational organisation, office staff, etc.)
     -Hall maintenance for use by third parties
     -Staff needed to man pedestrian and vehicle accesses to the venue
     -Marking the layout of exhibition spaces prior to stand assembly
     -Storage of stand materials in communal areas (aisles, exterior avenues, etc.)
     -Processing, verification and distribution of working passes in accordance with Social Security regulations
     -Hall lighting during assembly periods
     -Use and maintenance of bathroom facilities in the halls for assembly staff
     -Cleaning of communal areas during assembly/dismantling (aisles, bathrooms, etc.)
     -Preventive surveillance of the venue (control room, fire prevention)
     -On-site clinic

The above services will be invoiced at the following rates:

   - Carpeting and/or platform: 2.19 eur/m2
   - Modular stand: 5.01 eur/m2
   - Design stand: 7.77 eur/m2

Don't forget that these rates are included if you contract your stand through Servifira.

The Assembly Service fee must be paid before assembly starts; otherwise, stand assembly will not be authorised to commence.

The hiring of products and services that appear in this catalogue will be valid up to 7 days before the beginning of the exhibition's assembly. After this date, the new Express Portfolio will be activated, with limited hiring products and with their original prices increased.

Purchase in advance to obtain more assortment of products and services, and save money.

General contracting conditions


These conditions shall apply to the contracting of all goods, supplies and services duly outlined in the Portfolio and specified in each form.
